Experience FAQ

  • Q1. Is there an age or height limit? Children under 110 cm cannot participate. Children aged 8–12 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Q2. How long does it take? About 60 minutes from check-in to end. Actual time may vary depending on daily crowds.

  • Q3. Is there a dress code? Please do not wear hats or beanies due to the VR headset. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. High heels and sharp footwear are prohibited to protect the venue's sensory flooring.

  • Q4. Can I wear glasses? Yes, staff will help adjust the headset. However, contact lenses are highly recommended for the best experience. Progressive lenses may affect visual quality.

  • Q5. Can I sit during the experience? As this is a 45-minute walking experience, we kindly advise assessing your physical condition before purchasing a ticket. If needed, wheelchairs are available for loan on-site (limited quantity).

  • Q6. Can I take photos or videos? Photos for personal use are allowed before and after the VR experience. Recording during the experience is strictly prohibited.

  • Q7. Are other languages available? The VR content is available in English, Chinese, and French. Foreign language-speaking staff are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Ticket FAQ

  • Q1. How do companions book tickets? Companions for children, seniors, or pregnant guests must buy a regular ticket. Guests with disabilities can purchase Concession Tickets for NT$640.

  • Q2. Can I bring food or drinks into the space? Food and drinks are not available on-site.

  • Q3. Can I buy tickets on-site? Capacity is limited. We highly recommend booking via tickets website. On-site tickets depend on remaining online inventory and are not guaranteed.

  • Q4. Can I reschedule or get a refund? Tickets cannot be rescheduled. Refunds can be requested up to 3 days before the event (10% fee). No refunds within 3 days of the event or for no-shows.

  • Q5. When should I arrive? Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. Late arrivals forfeit their entry with no exchange. Example: For a 10:30 session, check in between 10:15 and 10:29. Missed slots cannot be extended or waitlisted.

  • Q6. Can I share my booking? Each order generates a single QR code. Please ensure your group arrives and enters together.

  • Q7. Do I need to print the ticket? No, please just show your QR code on your mobile device.

  • Q8. Is re-entry allowed? Please note that each ticket is valid for a single entry only. Re-entry is not available.

Health FAQ

  • Q1. Will VR cause discomfort? Claustrophobic guests may feel uncomfortable. Those prone to motion sickness may experience dizziness or drowsiness.

  • Q2. Can guests with heart conditions or epilepsy join? For your safety, this experience is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions or epilepsy.

  • Q3. Is it accessible for guests with mobility difficulties? Yes. To prevent falls, guests with mobility issues must use crutches or a wheelchair (must be pushed by a companion). Wheelchairs are available for loan on-site (limited quantity).

  • Q4. Can hearing-impaired guests participate? Not recommended, as captions are not provided for the visual content.

  • Q5. Can I wear a hearing aid? Yes. The headset has built-in speakers that project sound to your ears without interfering with hearing aids.

  • Q6. Can I bring a baby or stroller? Due to safety reasons and equipment requirements, strollers and carrying infants are not permitted in the experience area.

  • Q7. Are pets or guide dogs allowed? Due to the multi-user tracking technology used in the space, pets and service animals (including guide dogs) are unfortunately not permitted for safety reasons.
